Family picnicking is available throughout the park. Each picnic area is equipped with shelters, tables and barbecue braziers. “Picnic Valley” is a highly popular and tranquil area located on the South Shore. Family picnic facilities are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Four group picnic areas are available by reservation only. Each area can accommodate from 400 to 1, 500 people, with each area equipped with turf areas for lawn games and a separate serving facility with refrigeration, serving counters, barbecue braziers, and washing facilities. Restrooms are located nearby.
